Fingerprint Scanner From Mars
These phones do have fingerprint scanners but when the mars pro was built Vernee decide to try something alien. Fingerprint scanners are usually located at the back or front of a phone as in the case of the Vernee X, to break the mold Vernee place the vernee mars Pros fingerprint scanner somewhere considered foreign the side. This does come with advantages or disadvantages depending on the user and we talk about that in greater detail in our review.
Justified Weight
With an additional proximity sensor and a body built of metal, the Mars Pro has done well not to break the scale however the reasons the X is heavier are justified in my opinion.
A unique design feature of the Mars Pro we talk more about in the review is the fingerprint scanner which is located on the side of the Mars Pro instead of the back as is the norm and in the Vernee X's case.
With a larger screen and larger battery, the Vernee X is 38 grams heavier which I think is a fair trade.

Expected Performance And Known Performance
Antutu Benchmarks reveal actual performance so to give you a richer understanding of how well the phones CPU performs.
We don't know the Antutu Score of the Vernee Mars X but we do know the Antutu score of the Vernee Mars Pro. We suspect that the Vernee X with a CPU clock speed of 2.0GHZ will not perform as well as the 2.5GHZ clock speed Vernee Mars Pro. Of course we know that clock speed alone does not represent CPU performance, however, given the fact that both of the CPU's are manufactured by MediaTek and are less than one year apart in release date we do not expect the performance of the newer slower CPU to outdo its faster clocked predecessor. Have astronomical leaps in Mediatek technology been made?
