With any phone in which it's main selling point is durability it just becomes a question of how much will performance suffer in order to support the durability in question. Well Doggee have done something quite clever in order to maintain high performance without sky rocketing cost they have used the quad core MTK6582 which is very high in performance but not as high as an octo core. Now although I applaud the Dg700in terms of durability its waterproof and has a large 4000mah battery I don't give full marks for practicality because for the extreme mountain climber who would be attracted to the DG700 because the M9 had an antenna to ensure reception in more desolate areas.
As a quad core phone the titan2 can use a SD card up to 64GB most quad core phones will only support 32gb so that is pretty good.
For a durability phone performance is good but this phone is only for the extreme moutain climbers, diver an adrenaline junkie.
