Comes with English instructive manual and drivers although the set up on Windows 10 is very easy. perhaps the drivers would come in handy on another operating system? Better to have and not need then to need and not have.
Design quality is very good for the price minus the suctions pads that do not stick well to a smooth service. The stick feels really comfortable and movement is precise. Works with a multitude of games like flight simulator.
